It’s located in close proximity to the quaint town of Travelers Rest and at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Green Valley

Green Valley is a well established tennis and golf community which dates back to around 1958 and is part of the Green Valley Country Club. Residents living in this community can take advantage of all that the country club has to offer including tennis, golf, dining and breathtaking views. It one of the host golf courses for the BMW Charity Pro-Am Tournament. In addition, there are several parks located in the area which include Paris Mountain State Park and Table Rock. What an excellent opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts!

 

 

Simpsonville

If you are willing to look just outside the city of Greenville, many would agree the Simpsonville area offers more “bang for your buck.” It’s been recognized as one of the 25 most affordable cities in the entire country.   It has one of the highest percentages of new or never lived in housing in the Greenville area. Simpsonville is part of the “Golden Strip,” along with Fountain Inn and Mauldin and is noted for having low unemployment with the likes of industries such as Milliken, Kemet Electronics and Para-Chem.
